NEXUS Workforce is LUCA's workforce operations layer for personnel records, applicant workflows, onboarding, training, and credential evidence. It is embedded in NEXUS FIRMA today for customer and internal workforce workflows, with standalone product access available through private beta while HR, privacy, and compliance review gates are completed.
